Personal Reflection on Change as discussed in “Who moved my cheese?”
Section I: Identification of personal character from “Who moved my cheese”
I find myself most like Scurry when it comes to accepting and implementing change. I am not a person who can seek out change and see its trend. I am often secure in what I have. However, I am not stiff to change. I find myself smart enough to adopt to change as and when it occurs. I try to keep up with trends and since the medical world is ever-changing, I make sure to keep up with latest courses and latest technological advancements all the time.
I do not go out of my way to make changes but am quick to adapt to a changing system. That is why; I can associate with Scurry who scurries off when he sees an opportunity for finding new cheese (Johnson, 2015). I find myself to be a go-getter.
Section II: Comparison of characters in “Who moved my Cheese” using characteristics of innovation adopters-
· Innovators– 
There are no innovators in the story. The mice and the little people are characters who are subject to change but not creators of change
· Early adopters– 
Sniff and Scurry, both the mice are early adopters who adopt to change quickly. As soon as they don’t find old cheese, they seek new cheese without delay.
· Early majority– 
Haw in the story is an early majority.
