I was working as a registered nurse (RN) in one of the GP Clinic for my community practice. One of my experience in that clinic when I faced the man who was continuously bleeding and wanted a first aid to stop the flow of bleeding. As a responsible nurse, I provided the first aid to the patient to stop the continuous flow of bleeding. At the time prescribing him with the required medicines under the surveillance of doctor, I enquired about the past medical records of him. In the conversation, I got to know that the person had blood cancer, and he was in the third stage. The reason for bleeding was a minimal cut which was due to some sharp object. I enquired more about the medicines and prescribed some medications under the doctor’s guidance. 
I was shocked by hearing the medical situation of the patient.
