The patient could be guided by the therapist for reaching their self-authenticity through the cultivation of a spiritual and soulful existence and hence to conduct the practice of clinic of one based on such six tenets for transcending.

The significant aspects to provide ethical care of competence to the clients who are religiously and culturally diverse are training and education. Such as to train caregivers in residential and nursing homes on self-reflection and introspection regarding the attitudes and beliefs on death and life and the impact of these while working with patients. More research with this subject is necessary especially to understand and determine the reasons of not feeling competent, confidence and comfortable to by the counselors to introduce and initiate the topic of spirituality and religion in the process of counseling. The research should be more emphatic on the effectiveness of cu
