Understanding the Article: 
The Hegemonic masculinity refer as the dominating gender as relationship aspect. Gender inequality in society has a great impact on normative structure. The dominating gender groups hamper another gender groups in several aspect like empowerment, sex ration in total population. Women empowerment is going to hamper due to gender biasness and domination. On the bases of Human Development Report women have poor access on economy and politics thus are important factors for women empowerment. As per United Nations Development Program (UNDP) 70 percent population were living with poverty to be women 1.
