The formula for K _(alpha) line is
Frequency=(3/4)Rc(Z-1)^2
Frequncy =(3/4)x(1.097x10^7x3x10^8x(27-1)^2
=1.67x10^18Hz
Energy E=h(frequency)
=(6.62x10^(-34)x1.67x10^18)/(1.6x10^-19))eV
E=6.91keV
Wavelength=c/frequency
Wavelength=((3x10^8)/(1.67x10^18)...
