INCREASING RATE OF SUICIDES IN THE NURSING PROFESSION
 
Defining the Problem
	The main problem that has been defined within this report is the higher rate of suicide tendency in the nursing professions. Out of the different suicide cases the nurses have committed suicides at a higher amount than any other profession. The report has investigated the reasons behind the problems faced by the nurse. The different kinds of factors associated with the nursing professions evoke mechanism. The work schedule of the nurses is very technical and monotonous. Other than that, they have to work within the organization under immense stress. They have to be perfectionists as well because they are connected with the factors that can save a life. 
This immense pressure, excruciating job schedule and the poor job profile has increased the phenomenon of depression, stress, frustration and anxiety within the nurses. All of this accumulates and results in a suicide of a nurse. The loss of a nurse is an immense loss to the society and other than that it also shut down the immense flow of care and nursing within the associated healthcare institutes (Nakagami et al., 2018). The different factors that have been discussed above are the main roots behind the increasing mental health problems amongst the nurses. With the proper approach this can be reduced and in the way the society can be benefited. 
Effectiveness of the Approach
	The approach that has been taken in this report is to spread awareness within the people about the different mental health factors associated with the nurses in the healthcare sector. Other than that, the people should also understand the different factors that can lead to the increasing amount of depression within the nursing professionals. The more awareness will enrich the knowledge of the people and along with that it will also enable people to know about the different reasons that can contribute to this problem as well. This approach will also make the organization to understand the problems faced by the nurse and also give proper importance to them as they have a huge contribution to the safety of the people in the hospitals.
