The strategic initiative for Northwell Health is the complete digitalization of their healthcare services. The main challenges faced in this field is the more aware users who approach for their service and maintaining an updated internal organization that works according to the latest advancements in technology and clinical approach (Reid P.P). Digitalization being the recent trend in healthcare, the users (or) the patients can choose and take the appointment of a physician, explain their problems online, get the prescription and also know about the medicines that are prescribed to them, at their fingertip by using their handsets. Hence, switching over to digitalization would be beneficial for the organization as well as for the patients.
IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE :
	Critical action steps necessary for implementation of the plan
	A systemic approach should be followed for implementing a plan. 
1) The primary targets should be the minimized used of non- digital marketing for the organization and providing an easy of approach for the patients.
