Please carefully review the materials presented in this unit and your completed activities. Consider the previous case study you completed within this unit, and use or reference any of the information you have already included in your submission.
You have been asked to prepare a Strategic Plan to implement continuous improvements within a local gym (or industry/Centre of your choice). The intention of the improvements is to:
• Increase number of customers
• Grow the business
• Increase the number of customers
• Generate more revenue towards increasing profit share
• Recruit and employ more trainers to reflect new courses and programs
• Improve profile
• Enable a more successful organisation
The Strategic Plan must include:
1. Defined Actions that are fully explained, processes for implementation, time frames, approximate costs, and stated value to both the organisation and employees (Trainers)
2. Use of a Gantt chart (or another project management tool of your choice) to record all actions in a sequential order (e.g. the most logical to be followed) as an attachment
3. Names and details of potential stakeholders to deliver outcomes – explain their roles
4. Recommendations on how to communicate and support others to implement continuous improvement processes and opportunities
5. References or research that you have undertaken to demonstrate your skills in implementing continuous improvements. (e.g. references or books relevant to this Unit, over and above those which have been presented by AIPT)
6. Refer to and explain at least three legislative requirements and any risks identified as part of the process undertaken.
You are strongly advised to research a range of Strategic Plans prior to determining your own design. You are free to make up any information about the organisations, to ensure all relevant details are included.

Your document should comprise of:
(i) Introduction (an overview of the situation, what you are trying to achieve and your intended outcomes. Refer to the format required, which is a comprehensive report.
(ii) Body (or most significant part of the presentation, with key details). Please do not use the word “body” as a heading. This is the largest part of your submission. Use headings that are relevant, include templates, tools and charts where appropriate. For each heading, discuss and demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of this unit. Reflect on what you have learned. Refer to risks, costs (if relevant), legislation, models, or templates or resources that you are aware of, and then finally,
(iii) Conclusion (or recommendations). Use an appropriate heading and then state actions which could be taken to ensure co
ect completion and finalisation.
