Quality improvement in public health care facilities
Quality improvement in public health care facilities
Quality improvement in the public healthcare facilities are major issue faced all over world especially in developing and underdeveloped countries.
Number of patients increase every next day and waiting to get treatment create chaos in health facilities mostly during rush hours.
H1: Quality improvement is necessary for care provision in healthcare facilities.
Statement of Problem and Sub-Problem
Hypothesis
As suggested by Alhassan et al. (2015), lack of resources and funding made it difficult to improve time. Quality issue creates many sub-problems, out of which waiting time is the most problematic one. Change of strain of viruses and formation of new viruses made it impossible to eradicate diseases.
As mentioned by Hemmati, Mahmoudi, Da
aghi, Fatehi and Rezazadeh (2018), long queues in all department of facilities to get the services result in dissatisfaction in patients, act as trademark of low quality of healthcare services.
