The present challenge in my organisation is lack of team work and camaraderie among the team who work in various departments. This leads to poor results and hence leaner growth at the end of the year. In fact, this has also led to sacking of employees and also poor feedback from the customers. When I joined as the CEO of my present organisation I saw that there is hardly any team spirit or a sense of trust for each other among all the vertical heads. So I decided to call a closed door meeting on my third day at office with all my vertical heads and the team leaders to make the expectations and the goals straight. The same can be seen from the video of Linda. At the very instant the vision and the goal setting was done so that there is considerable trust among each other and also to make the organisation a better workplace. People should feel that they are like a family.
