Leadership is a crucial life skill that young people should master early in their lives. Learning to listen, provide and receive feedback are all part of good communication. Working well with others by including them in meaningful ways, encouraging and empowering others, and sharing leadership are all examples of how to work effectively with people. Positive leaders enable positively deviant performance rather than normal or negative deviant performance, exemplify virtuousness and a tendency toward goodness for its intrinsic value, and promote an affirmative orientation in organisations that focuses on strengths and human potential.
As a team leader I am supposed to take care that each member is on boarded well in the organisation and also take a positive part in the integration of the team members so that they feel in sync with the organisational culture and values. This also helps the team to know about the environment in which they would work and operate.
