ently prevailing health and social care as one of the most effective quality enhancement techniques that is helping health care organizations significantly, in their improvement of patient outcomes. As mentioned by Snowden et al. (2017), it is the process of illustrating the other possible ways to manage and enhance quality of care provided in the health care organizations. In other words, it can be stated that reciprocal inhibition can be used in health care organizations to minimize unwanted behavior of the care staffs, so that the care service users are received with the best standards of care from them.
Hence, in this case, if any of the support worker or care professionals fail to maintain the quality of patient outcomes or diminish the extents of patient safety, then reciprocal inhibition would not mean that they should be punished; it would rather emphasize on rewarding those, who perform well otherwise.
