    Nonprofits healthcare organizations are those which serve the purpose of healthcare without any ideology of profit making and the sole purpose of these organization is to serve the people based on fundraising and donation money that is received by them. On the other hands, the profit organization run mainly on the money of the investors. In order to provide returns to the investors, the focus of profit organizations is always scattered between healthcare and profit making.
For example, the southwest General hospital has a total of 350 beds and is committed to community service, the service staff is enough to meet the demands of people and the local leaders who run the services try to seek financial help from the government agencies, and charity. The aim for money is to pay the salaries of the staff and doctors and to meet the demands of the organization so that it can run properly.
The example of profit healthcare system is Nashville based HCA healthcare Inc., the organization aims to provide good healthcare to the people but there is always a pressure to give returns to the investors and to spread the organization as a business.
