    The chosen topic is quality improvement and it is related to healthcare because care provision is a service that is liable to be checked for its quality being maintained. Hence, if the quality of provided care services deteriorate, it would not only decrease the number of clients availing them, but also not generate the desired outcomes of healthcare facilities. Lack of quality in public healthcare facility is a reason behind the prevalence of diseases and regular attack of epidemic diseases. There are several factors responsible for low quality and poor health conditions of public. Thus, it is necessary to address this critical issue of “quality improvement in public healthcare facilities”
