Introduction
A 90-year-old patient, Theresa, was admitted to the hospital with a complaint of cardiopulmonary disease and was charged 700 dollars per day. Her health was deteriorating. However, it was not possible to allocate good nursing care to her, due to the vicinity lacking it largely. Hence, due to the lack of nearest personal care and effect of low quality care, Grandma Theresa passed away within 20 days of discharge.
Confidential Case Report for Theresa 
The family of Grandma Theresa was living far distant from her. Thus, it was very challenging to take care of Theresa. Hence, the grandchildren’s of Theresa was taking care of her by turns and the expenses were 2000 dollars within the network and 1500 dollars outside the network. Nevertheless, they were totally failed to provide care of 24 hours, which was actually the need of the patient. According to Farrell et al. (2015), medication education is beneficial to self-manage the mental situation of the patient and it can help to lower the level of depression.
The patient was suffering from various diseases such as cardiopulmonary diseases, Alzheimer, diabetics and memory loss. The cost of caring by the patient’s family was too high as compared to service provided by healthcare care systems.
