Article 1: Clinical mentorship to improve pediatric quality of care at the health centers in rural Rwanda: a qualitative study of perceptions and acceptability of health care worker.
	The providing of high-quality care in African range is limited due to several barriers. The rate of mortality is high in children due to lack of quality care and trained care providers especially in rural areas. 
Methods:
	A qualitative study using focus group method and in-depth interview has been conducted.
Observations:
	Implementation of Interactive, collaborative capacity building, active listening and relationships, supporting not policing, systems improvement, and real-time feedback as a part of program improve the quality of work, enhance adherence to clinical protocol, and promotes staff satisfaction.	
Measurement:
	All the data obtained from interview and discussion were saved as word documents and were imported into Atlas.ti v5.2 for analysis. A list of codes reflecting specific study objectives was pre-defined in software and hermeneutic analysis is done.
Data collection techniques:
The study by Manzi et al. (2014) is conducted on 13 health centers supporting large rural population. MESH program is implemented in the health centers. Four focus group discussions are conducted and interview of 44 workers are conducted.
Conclusion:
Five key importance of the clinical mentorship are established-. It is concluded that clinical mentoring is effective strategy in improving healthcare facility.
Article 2: Implementation of 5S management method for lean healthcare at a health center in Senegal: a qualitative study of staff perception
Good management is necessary in improving the quality in healthcare facility.
Methods:
Primary qualitative method is used. A public healthcare facility is chosen as case study and program is implemented. The 78 staff members are chosen as targeted population. (Kanamori et al., 2015)
