I was required to perform a SWOT analysis as the hospital's healthcare administrator to identify the institution's internal weaknesses and strengths. This will also aid in "doing a SWOT analysis", which will assist identify external possibilities that can develop the business and threats that must be overcome. When a SWOT analysis is done, several factors can be discovered that will benefit the hospital (Kamada et al,2022).
SWOT evaluation A SWOT analysis lists and analyses an organization's internal and external features. Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats are the four components of the SWOT analysis (Kamada et al,2022). With the help of this analysis, we could take into account the opinions of our stakeholders and request proposals for specific areas where the strategic planning will be put into action that we might not have previously thought of. Testing our strategy in certain areas can show whether it is in line with the goals that were established.

The healthcare sector is confronted with difficulties due to a lack of qualified employees and the requirement for more funding.
