Decision making process I healthcare organization is quite complicated process which may be either clinical or non-clinical in nature. When decisions are to be taken about the patient, there are several factors involved like decision to choose from several options of treatment and the economic decisions too. For maximization of operational efficiency along with reduction of unnecessary costs followed by maintenance and improvement of high quality, there is necessity to adapt significant pressure by the managers and leaders in the healthcare organization to make difficult budgetary and operational decisions. Decision making in healthcare is influenced by many of the factors due to which it becomes imperative to understand and identify the factor affecting the decision making negatively or positively in such sensitive and critical forms. The main objective of this study is determination and examination of the factors affecting the decision making process in healthcare organization which is crucial part of strategic planning. In this study, a meta-analysis is carried out to identify the factors that are most cited in context of affecting the process of decision making in last 5 years throughout screening and searching literature using the electronic library of Ankara University, Google scholar, SAGEM library and the Pub Med.
