Introduction
A search strategy is a combination of key terms for retrieving the accurate outcome. It is used for searching a database. Usually, physicians are encouraged for locating their answers of the queries related to clinics by a literature search approach based on evidence. Six clinical queries of various medical situations observed in primary care prepared. A sequence of experimented searches for answering every question organised on three common advocated database of medical. The search results are compared from a PICO framework that is ‘patient, intervention, comparison and outcome’ to question with the use of various combinations of the elements of PICO. The results are also compared by doing searches with the use of Medical Subject Headings (MeSH), text words or combining both. The documentation of all searches was with the use of saved search strategies and screenshots. The answers were found to every six questions with the use of PICO framework.

Clinical question

Searches were restricted to abstract and title. While many articles were retrieved by using search strategy searches were limited to controlled trials which are randomised meta-analysis and systematic reviews. Withdrawn or repeated articles from every database were not utilised to analyse. Ten years old articles were omitted unless no systematic reviews were there recently. Articles chosen for relevance after checking were summarised and combined.
Selection of articles
Two reviewers conducted the chosen title of the team, and a third independent reviewer resolved any disagreement by decision or discussion based on a consensus. Reasons for not selecting article were given in EndNote. Screenshot of every strategy was taken for documenting (Scells et al., 2017).
