Introduction  
 
This research paper is written with the objective of understanding the stress tolerance 
scenario among the Millennial, which is also known as next generation. This paper focuses 
on the stress scenario faced by the students when they join college, which is life transition 
decision. There whole life style gets change, this study tries to understand the level of stress 
created by this change, if any and how students overcome this situation of stress.  
Purpose of the article 
 
The main purpose of this research was to analyze the overall change in the lifestyle of 
millennial college students. It also aims at understanding the challenges faced by the students 
during the college transition period, when there have become independent, without any 
support (Bland, Melton, Welle, & Bigham, 2012). This study also focuses on analyzing the 
factors that are causing stress among the students and their impact on their lifestyle. Further 
this paper also analyzes different solution to this problem or the strategies through which this 
stress level can be reduced among the students.
