Assignment #2- PDSA- (25% of your grade)
The PDSA or Plan-Do-Study-Act is a four-step problem-solving model used for improving a process or carrying out change. For this project, you will pick out a process in your organization that needs to be improved. Using the PDSA model for improvement, you will apply the stages to your process that needs the change and engage a few team members from your organization to work through the process with you.
The paper is to be no more than five double-spaced pages (Times Roman 12 pt or Arial 11 pt font) plus references to support literature. The assignment will be evaluated by the following:
a. A brief description of the process that needs improvement (5%)
b. Description of your use of the PDSA model to drive the change (60%)
c. Recommendations for how you could improve the process in the future (30%)
