In order for the business to sustain, it is necessary that they inculcate quality control of their products. Quality control allows the organizations to provide the customers with the sustained product quality, in order to do so there are a number of tools available and Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) is one them (Dixon-Woods & Martin, 2016). PDSA is a 4-step management tool, which can be used by the business in order to improve their products and standards as well.

A lot of patients complain about the waiting time at the clinic and therefore, PDSA will be applied in order to decrease the waiting time for patients. There can be numerous cycles if the plan does not succeed in the first try. The target is to reduce the waiting time by up to 70% so that patients receive smooth and faster treatment.
Execution steps
· First the application needs to be developed by the IT team.
· Application needs to involve every method with which patient can book appointment. Such as by making a phone call or by directly booking an appointment from book option.
· Application needs to be promoted by the clinic for which circulars will be distributed among the patients and also it will be displayed at the reception.

· While promoting the application around a month, there were several issues that were observed. One of the major issue was related to accessibility, most of the patients are either old aged or poor and therefore do not have access to mobile phones.
· Even the patients that have access to mobile phones, do not know how to operate it properly.
· However, a positive sign was also observed as the crowd in waiting area was 30% less than it used to be before which signifies that people who have access and knows how to operate mobile phones are using the application.
