Your paper should include your name and course title, adhere to APA style, and written in 12-font and double-spaced. Use the five APA Level-2 headings and APA Level-3 headings as sub-sections. The full APA references should appear at the end of the assignment. Use format template on next page for this assignment.

  • Theory – Identify the theory the researcher(s) grounded the study in and describe the major research findings that support the theory. Next, list out the research questions or hypotheses.

Methods – Briefly discuss the purpose of the Methods section of a manuscript.

Introduction
Through this article, the various concepts of the CSR have been described in detail. CSR refers to Corporate Social Responsibility. The article, ‘Organisational factors for corporate social responsibility implementation in sport federations: a qualitative comparative analysis’, stresses on the CSR activities ca
ied out in the Sport Federations. Through this article, it will be seen that how the sport federations or the SFs would ca
y out or implement corporate social responsibilities activities. With the backdrop of the SFs, the article has tried to understand the implementation procedures of the CSR activities in different organisations. There are different factors that lead to the performance of the CSR activities.
Problem Statement
The problem statement of the article is to understand the various factors that lead an organisation in performing the various CSR activities. The research paper has tried to come to conclusion with help of SFs in the backdrop. With the references to the SFs, the research paper has tried to understand the various factors that edirect the organisations towards CSR activities (Zeimers et al., 2020). Performing CSR activities is absolutely necessary. In this 21st century, the activities of the CSR help the organisation increase its reputations and earn positive expectations from the stakeholders. However, sometimes, it becomes a little difficult for the organisation to ca

Theory
As mentioned earlier, CSR is one of the pillars of the organisation. The organisation performs CSR activities out of their own will due to various benefits. Not only CSR helps in improving the society by

The article has tried to find out certain theories that try to explain the factors that serve to be conducive to the implementation of the CSR activities. As mentioned earlier, different organisations implement CSR in different ways. The implementation of CSR varies as per the mission, vision and values of the organisation in different fields (Nguyen, Pham, Le, & Bui, 2020). Therefore, the article has provided certain models that enable to understand the implementation of the CSR based on the conceptual and robust framework.
Consolidative Organisational and Cultural model of CSR
This model has been largely prescribed in order to understand the implementation of the CSR activities based on three dimensions. This theory says that the performance on the CSR activities are performed on the basis of three phases that include, reluctance, grasp and embedment associated with knowledge, attitude, strategies, tactics and operations. This theory suggests that implementation of the CSR activities need proper implementation of strategies. CSR is involved within the emotional quotient. However, implementation of the CSR cannot be ca
ied without a well-formulated design or strategies. The strategies should contain knowledge that...
