As a healthcare safe practitioner, it is important to note that the Patient safety has been defined as an intrusive of the IOM which is related to “the prevention of harm to patients.” The main focus of is to reflect and place a virtue in a system with relation to the care delivery that needs to follow in terms of the (1) prevents e
ors along with the preference of (2) learns in terms of the e
ors to occur; along with finally (3) it needs to build in terms of the culture of safety  which focuses on the health care professionals and the organizations, including patients (Schön, 2017).
The core values such as the integrity, accountability, diligence along with the perseverance which contributes to the personal cultural identity (Mohanan, 2015). The personal belief which is believed to be something that is true holds with respect to the formation of the personal cultural identity such as the innumerable actions towards the goals and the visionary ideas to achieve the set objectives in life. The beliefs such as scientific facts, personal experience along with a belief which is believed to be to deliver the best related to the patient care and be consistent with the learning, is the main influence to achieve the result. Such personal beliefs are created to protect one's own ego. My personal beliefs such as my self-respect, actions, learning from the past experiences along with the unbiased influences are the prime motto that has resulted in the strong foundation of the cultural beliefs.
The behavior to become culturally safe practitioner in a multicultural healthcare environment is to follow disciplinary measures, having a positivity in life and thinking along with it having a focus & maintaining a balance in life, has made my cultural personal identity as strong.
Part 2
I believe to be a culturally safe practitioner one needs to be flexible in the core values along with the behavior and beliefs. Any deviation results in an experiment (Johns, 2017). By having a rigid behavior and forming a sole purpose of achieving a successful career in terms of the culturally safe practitioner, would only result in failures. Often, what we have studied and applied in the real practice are the two different things. The different analysis would help in judging and analyze the various risks, attribution and the characteristics resulting in a successful career. It is often seen that most of the cases are generic in nature, but the real practice is going into experiments and understanding the consequences through which the practitioner is called as successful and well experiences.
