For this activity you will need to develop and provide a business/financial plan for your organisation or area of business operation which deals with all the following:
adhering to legal requirements
meeting requirements of financial backers
defining strategies for debt collection and contingencies for debtors
managing cash flow
defining key performance indicators
communicating with relevant people
monitor the business against financial plan and make changes as required.
Details of stakeholders you communicated with, sought guidance from, or who were involved in the decision-making process
NOTE: Use the Business plan template provided to undertake this task, and pay particular attention to the financial requirements within this plan.
Where real clients are not available, clients of simulated health and fitness levels (role play) may be used, however, a screening for each role play must be conducted as it would be for real clients.
The assessment activities of this unit may overlap with other units such as BSBSMB404 and resources and information may be freely used in both units as relevant.
These activities will need to be observed on at least 1 occasion by an assessor or relevant person and perhaps all three as specified by your assessor or relevant person.
The completed templates and relevant person declarations need to be returned to your assessor for assessment.
