Since Assessment item 1 and 2, your knowledge will have grown, and you will now realise that almost all ICT ethical dilemmas can be classified under one of the main ICT ethical issues that are discussed in this subject; for instance, surveillance is a sub-issue of privacy, harmful software is a sub-issue of ICT professionalism, and piracy is a sub-issue of intellectual property.

For completing this assignment task, the topic named “ICT professionalism” with Contract theory implementation is selected by me. For conducting any successful business activity, ethical issues are always considered as most important issues. For increasing the overall production of any organization, the followed process and used set of ethical values plays important role. The required changes with remaining factors of consideration are included in process for defining the ethical values to improve the overall performance of any organization. For any business execution, the analysis of any new technology implementation can defines the required changes in ethical issues. From starting to end of this process, the organization can undertake the required task as challenges in some cost effective manner [McLaughlin et al, 2012]. 
When the asymmetric information is present regarding any contractual arrangement and related economic actors then, the deployed study method is known as contract theory. The working professional at some work place expect ethical issues awareness for improved work condition in working organization trough contract theory. In identification process of ethical issues, the technical aspects consideration regarding the best possible changes is very useful for effective execution of all business activities. The followed process and use of some application is expected by working professional to define the importance of ethical values. The effective identification of ethical values through any application will help in smooth execution of any business activity. The identification of required changes according to ethical values will lead to better productivity. 
The used practices and defined ethical values in some organization are completely different from each other. For execution of business activity, the moral problems of working professionals are analyzed in some complex condition through contract theory. The organization can set different measures so that adopted changes will not hamper the organization production and related items. The performance of any business activity is improved by applying the required changes through the help of changes and set of ethical values.
