The OSFMS or the Online Stud Farm Management System is an application that aims to automatize the management operations conducted in stud farms. The application will be developed on a web-based platform and will be able to conduct all the basic activities like making purchases, orders, bookings and making financial transactions etc.

Description of the Project:
The OSFMS or the Online Stud Farm Management System is a software system that works on Web framework and can handle all the basic operations and activities which are performed in stud farms. The key purpose of the development of this project is to replace the efforts required performing all the complex tasks on manual grounds. Additionally, during manual processing, there are certain instances following lack of management strength that may lead to issues such as lack of data integration, lack of efficient resource management, increased workloads and financial overheads.
In this project, the client organization “Globex Corp” has approached the Virtucon (IT Company) to develop a system that can effectively address all the manual tasks and operations with help of digital solutions and reduce or minimize the possibilities of these issues. The key tasks that the Project needs to address will include:
· Customer order bookings
· Purchase order management
· Financial Transactions
· User record management
· Inventory management etc.
The key objectives of this project are described as following:
· Develop a Web-based application that can serve as the central management and controlling unit for the whole set of business operations. (Mumford et al., 2017)

· The system should be able to handle all the basic activities or tasks required to fulfill the basic as well as advanced requirements of the organization.
Team Charter provides a descriptive illustration of all the roles and responsibilities of the individuals related to a project. Additionally, it describes the key skills required by the particular team member in order to fulfill his or her responsibility, followed by the expectations, codes, policies and communication structure to be followed between the team members.
