Introduction
	The evolution of the social work practices over the course of last two decades is phenomenal; there are multiple dimensions and challenges which have emerged in recent years due to the globalization, which the social work practitioners tend to, operate. However, in the basic approach, it still remains to work on the social norms of alleviation with the families and communities living in society. The process of assistance, in this context, is more like dependant over the collaborative attempts of the social work practitioners along with the members of the community and family altogether. This collaboration is reckoned as the key factor to bring in the social justice which is one of the primary requirements in the strategic management of the social work practices. The following is the analysis of the theoretical approaches of the social work and how they are applied to achieve some remarkable outcomes in the community context. 
The Four Domains of Human Service 
	At first, the social work practitioners are expected to comprehend the criteria of their work practices which are aligned with the four major domains of human services which are generally perceived as necessary to provide collaborative support to the families who demand it. The first major domain here is to understand how the organization of the community takes place and how the social work practitioners have to examine and assess the procedures which they can take up to manage the organization of the communities well. It is more like linking their interests and needs altogether with the criteria of support given to them. They must be in the right frame of mind—the community people—so that they understand the course of social work that they are about to receive and how they can be the active members of the same. The second domain which is associated with this one is the progressive management of the services offered to the community people. 
	The above two domains can be understood by the example of managing the condition of the diverse populations like Indigenous communities living in various Australian regions. When it comes to the participation to the mainstream society, there are multiple issues that exist within the community, however, in spite of knowing the sources of their problems, there are no actions which have been taken. Malnutrition, for example, is one of the major issues that the indigenous people have to confront. Managing the healthcare needs of their children and female members is somehow challenging and it results in various healthcare issues like the malnutrition of children. 
	The support to such communities will be given on the grounds of their organization with the social work practitioners who will take care of the program assessment. In fact, there are several programs which nonprofit organizations are running in the community premises of the Indigenous people at the moment to address the needs and expectations related to their healthcare needs. The organization of community, therefore; is more like a procedure that brings in the attempts to self sustain and independent approach of alleviation of living. These programs are guided by the two domains of human service, as mentioned above to organize the communities and make sure that the concepts of the progressive movement are kept smooth.
	Further, the other two domains determine that the concept of the social justice and the self service are attained with the help of the external factors.
