Introduction
From the role of a social worker, when dealing with the child, child protection is a main concern. All the social workers must be aware of the ethical framework, which they need to use in their practice so that child can be kept protected and its rights can be amended. Social worker intervenes at the where humans interact with their environment. It has been seen that human rights and social justice are the fundamentals of social work. It must be noted that ethical principles are based on the social work values.
    As noted by Horne (2018), social work consists of three core values, which play crucial role in bearing ethical responsibilities. These values are social justice, respect for persons and professional integrity. In context of respect for persons, social worker must consider all the humans are unique and inherent equal worth. It recognises that each person has a right to well-being, self-fulfilment and consistent with rights and culture of others in a sustainable environment.
In context of social justice, social workers consider social justice is a core obligation, which societies wanted to uphold. Societies must provide protection and maximum benefits to their members. In context of professional integrity, social workers must follow professional values such as honesty, reliability, transparency, empathy, competence and commitment. Thus, social worker must apply their skills and knowledge in such a way that give importance to the needs of others.
The Philosophy behind the Model
    The model for the ethical decision-making is inclusive ethical decisive making model. The philosophy behind this model is based on four principles. These principles include consultation, accountability, critical reflection and cultural sensitivity. All these principles are interlinked with each other to make the model success. As suggested by Porayska-Pomsta and Rajendran (2019), accountability can be considered as the important part of the social work professions. Accountability supports the decisions with logic and information. This includes taking into consideration towards
oader social environment such as personal, social, organisational and professional context. Critical reflection is considered as the important factor, which allows the social worker to understand their decision-making process. It motivates to think critically about the practice.
    As stated by Fang, Sixsmith, Sinclair and Horst (2016), cultural sensitivity is the most needed element included by the social worker in their practice.
