Section A: Reflections on the Theoretical Foundations of Community Services Work
Community is a social group where various kinds of people with different values, religious, norms, identity, customs, culture, sex, gender, survive together with the mode of communication. Relationships between the individuals surviving in a community depend on the needs, risks, preferences, beliefs and trust between the individuals.
A specific role is being performed by the community service workers who will recognize their support, solve the personal issues between them and provide resources available. Other than these the income status of an individual, the social support they needed, employment conditions or the pathetic working facilities, the physical and social environment, child care development with their genetic endowment, various health facilities, gender and cultural biasedness are also some of the social determinants exists in a community.
