FINDINGS:
The study uses the screening methods for the early detection of disease which is the stage where the treatment could be more beneficial and even lifesaving. The screen- preventable loss of life (screen-PLL) gives the opportunity to the save life- years for the patients. 
Findings of this study:
The findings showed that there is no screen-PLL at birth. The tendency of the increase in the screen-PLL is seen there is a rise in the cohort ages as well as the incidence of breast cancer. Among the unscreened cohort, an approximate 75,000 life months of screen-PLL was seen at the age of 30 years. This further increases to about 575,000 life months from 45 to 65 years of age, after which this plateau decreases rapidly and further reaches a value of zero. The No screening curve is followed by the USPSTF curve till 43 years and later it decreases before the screening begins.
