Alicia is a newly appointed person to deal with the task in hand. So for convincing the retaining employees about the whole model shift will be a tough task to do. Moreover, the employees must have an idea about her previous company where the whole procedure took a toll on the company. Many of the employees, as we read in the case study provided, have left the organization during the shift and the company has faced a great set back before it could bounce back in the new format of functioning. She should be very subtle in her way of making the proposal to the employees and warn them of the positive result at the end to keep them motivated (Evens, 2018). Ethical message that she should include is that the company must move toward the new change so that it can survive and when the business they are operating in demands evolution so ethical it is appropriate that they support instead of back out from it.
