I am happy to inform you that the code of conduct for ECG has been finalized. The Code of
conduct and ethical practice is an integral part of any organization. It helps build comfortable
environment and better place for people to work. It helps in creating people to people bonding
which is helpful in social life as well, apart from work and routine responsibilities. It is expected
from everyone that they adhere strictly to the code of conduct, and ethical norms and rules,
which has been finalized by ethics review committee.
The code of conduct has to be followed continuously at ECG by its leaders and managers and
other employees. It is expected that it will be followed within the organization as well as
outside the organization. As an ambassador of ECG to outsiders, it is expected to be followed
seriously to outside world, whenever there is anything related to ECG, its business and its
people.
The few important highlights regarding code of conduct as finalized by ethics review committee
