We need to understand how to analyze break-even point as now a days most companies are operating in a multi-product environment in which they sell different products, manufacture different products, or services, as the case maybe.
Performing a break-even analysis for a company with multiple products is not possible just by using CVP (Cost, Volume, Profit) analysis.
