Question 1: Distinguish between ethical issues and legal issues.
Ethical issues and Legal issues are the two terms used interchangeably often times although they
are mutually exclusive of each other. Legal issues are the issues concerned with law, i.e. where
the point of law is involved. Whereas ethical issues are more of less concerned with personal
eliefs of an individual in something being right or wrong. A thing may be legal but not ethical
and vice versa.
For example: Firing a person from his job by the company may be unethical but not illegal.
Whereas euthanasia may be ethical but is illegal in various countries.
