In this study, Mandal has described about medical ethics. He has taken medical ethics as a 
branch of moral philosophy. Further in this article, it is described that two type of ideas exist in 
value dilemma with respect to decision making process: deontological as well as utilitarian. In 
deontological approach, consequences may not simply legitimize the way to accomplish it while 
in utilitarian approach; results decide the methods and most prominent advantage expected for 
the best number. Over years, a pattern has been seen from deontological practice to utilitarian 
approach prompting disappointment and dissatisfaction. Healthcare framework and professionals 
need to adjust both these ethical arms to acquire congruity restorative practice. This study can be
