An enhancement in mobile taxi rides for improved user experience
The qualitative research can be defined as the market research method which mainly focuses on obtaining the data using open ended and conversational communication [1][3]. This method is not only related with what people think but it also questions the answer of why date think so [15][19][22]. It is important to improve the user experience while using the mobile taxi rides [2][4][7]. A systematic observation can be used to find out the number of users who visit uses that taxi rides. A method to find out the problems which the users are facing can be used to conduct an in-depth interview with the potential users [3][5][6][8]. The customer satisfaction mainly depends on go to relationship and better communication established between the customer and the service to enhance the user experience it is important to find out what problem they face while using the mobile taxi rides [7][11][12].
I studied multiple research papers to analyse the method they used to find out the problems and solutions through in hands the user experience [9][10][25]. All the papers were based on the qualitative research methodology. They found out the common customer problem which were stated by few users.

The qualitative approach allows the researcher to collect the data which is nonnumeric and also help explore the reason for taking the decision and provide detailed insight. The data must be holistic, rich and nuanced for such conclusions [20]. The qualitative data analysis like the videos, text documents, notes, audio recorded images can we used in the qualitative research approach. One of the most common method is text analysis install it is a data analysis method which is different from other research methods. In the text analysis the researcher analyses the social life of the user in the research study and try to decode his actions and words [21][23].
