The administrative personnel interviewed for the purpose is level 2 administration officer in the Government of Western Australia South Metropolitan TAFE. He is presently positioned in the strategic partnership department in the maritime location.  He is positioned as the administrative Section Officer to overview in the aspects of financial processes, records management, purchasing and administrative services in the strategic partnerships

Roles & Responsibilities
As the administrative officer he has the responsibility to provide the administrative support in order to ensure efficient operation in the strategic partnerships.  He is also responsible for preparing and editing co
espondence along with the reports, presentations and confidential co
espondence.  He is also responsible for providing quality customer services for all the clients including the answering telephone enquiry and those duties according to the requirement of the various communities in which he is a member. The officer is also responsible for supporting and performing the administrative requirements along with the assistant with the preparation of the co
espondence and reports.  The primary responsibility also focuses on maintaining the administration of the system, including diaries, mails, filing and archiving of the records that facilitate appointments and other meetings. He also refers to the responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the tasks related to the budgetary program and other changes that enhance the effective working relationships with the other stakeholders. He also has the responsibility of promoting the performance of the other employees by reporting directly to him or her and advising the superintendent of the impact of proposed policies or other administrative actions on the program for which the particular person is responsible.
