Introduction:
This essay will help in understanding the needs for seeking medical help for the students suffering from various mental diseases. This will also describe about various stages of Trans theoretical model and help in understanding the mentality of the people along with the techniques that can help the patients to be more aware and seek for help as described by Procheaska James O (Prochaska,1994). The next part of this essay will discuss about the challenge that I faced during the interview and what steps can be taken to rectify them,
Now a days in order to take care of the patients there are several health care personnel and doctors are involved and in order to provide the best medical facilities it is very obvious that the doctor, nurses and the patients need to have a clear communication where the patient can describe the problem they are facing difficulty that the doctor can start up with the proper treatment.

Health promotion policies need to tackle various obstacles such as social ba

Even creating a supportive environment where the patients can come and clearly discuss about their problems or behavior issues and take proper medical treatment for them. Developing personal skills helps the people to have a basic knowledge of what needs to be done in case of an emergency or how to behave in places.
