    The scenario selected for this study is leadership in healthcare industry. The scenario selected is hospital scenario. As per the case study, hospital decided to eliminate its generalist model of staff and hired two manager and formed the two teams which lead. These teams have equal members in them so that quality of work can be improved. The two-manager hired are Rachel and Tomas. Both managers have their unique leadership style. Tomas used the collaborative management style, in which he encourages all the members to work together in achieving the common goal. On contrary, Rachel used the authoritative management style, in which she hired the leaders to lead the teams of their project.
    Rachel is quite ambitious as well as visionary. She believes in competition and forming the best team. She has vision to form the best performing team.
