Topic 1: Reflective Response
After analysing different journals and articles I am well determined that the Australia region and its community is resilient. I would like to clear the concept of resilience before I start to explain my answer for the sake of better understanding. A community is resilient or not; it depends on the concept of resilience that refers to a systematic way and incorporation that makes the community is planned and organised. In this case, rural and regional both communities are inte
elated and committed towards the overall growth and the sustainability of the community in the context of politics, society, economic, cultural and nature.
The resilience community depends on the developed structure and the service that can motivate its people to pursue a long-term vision for communal growth. However, I determined my answer that the Australia community is resilient as in Australia there is a special interest group working for sustainable growth for the Australian community (Dinh, Freyens, Dal & Vidyattama, 2017). This group is formed by the members of the Association, non-profitable organisation and non-government agencies that are working for the sustainability of business growth.
The resilience of the community is reflecting through the motivation and incorporation that desires to build a strong community by collaboration and innovation. However, I think the Australia region is resilient as it ca
ies a dynamic thought to frame its plan and policy that help them to gain political, cultural and economic growth. The dynamic attribute of the Australian community is the core factor that I can determine that the Australia region is resilient. I would determine my answer by defining the vision of the Institute for the resilient community of Australia that defines that Australia region is committed to providing a better, collaborative, innovative and positive future to its local, national and global people.
The attribute of this vision itself reflects the resilience of the Australian community who are incorporated with the communal growth of the region. On the other hand, the mission of the resilient institute of Australia is to enhance sustainable business growth. Apart from this, they are also committed and incorporated to adopt essential changes so that they can approach a good health system and develop technology for them (Pyke, Law, Jiang & de Lacy, 2018). Similarly, I found that the Australian institutes who are working for the entire community are very attentive to making suitable changes to develop their infrastructure and creativity so that Australian region can appear as the global agent in terms of development and sustainability.
I have observed that non-profit organisations are also doing excellent work along with the government agency in Australia. This is why I am determined that the Australian region is capable of enhancing their cultural, political and economic progress through their planned policy. I have noticed that people of Australia are very positive and have a positive attitude towards the collaborative action plan that refers to overall growth for the Australian community.
