a) Captopril is given to patients with high blood pressure and is also given to keep the patient safe from heart failure and maintain proper heart function and also maintain proper kidney function. The indications should be diagnosed properly for such patients and given this medication.
) The therapeutic actions for Diltiazem includes the capability in the relaxation of the coronary vascular muscles by inhibiting the influx of calcium ions. This medication is given to treat high blood pressure and fluctuating rhythm of the heart and keep it stabilised.
c) The most common adverse reactions of nitroprusside include development of skin rashes, stomach pain and nausea. At times it reduces the blood pressure drastically. Sometimes, the metabolic rates of the body are affected and is critical for heart patients. That is the reason this medication should be monitored and prescribed by the doctor and not consumed on our own.
d) The important considerations to be kept in video are that any other medication that are being taken needs to be told to the doctor.
