A) the speed of the probe relative to the spacecraft is v'=0.650c then:
B) we know the exploratory craft's speed v=0.850c , then
Note that if we use galilean transformations the result would've been
V'=0.650c+0.800c=1.450c
Which is not possible since it's greater tha the speed of light
