XXXXXXXXXXAssignment Value = 35%
Each student is required to prepare and submit a written research and reflective report of 3300 words (anything over the word limit will be ignored and will not be marked). Write into the template provided to complete your report. Don’t set your report out in a separate structure.
The purpose of this report is to 1) reflect your experience as part of a project team in the group assignment, and 2) research on two project management issues in which you are required to use appropriate concepts and models relevant to deepen your insights into the issues.
Your work should be of a high academic standard. Your reflection and research should be uploaded electronically to Blackboard by the due date. You are expected to follow relevant parts of the required style guide, and includes the use of Swinburne University Harvard Style referencing. Your report is to be typewritten into the table provided, in English. The report should be written in clear, plain language, so that non-expert users can easily understand it.
Project Management Issues
The research on Project Management issues are in video format and made available on Blackboard. They are prepared by a number of visiting Swinburne project management scholars.
Note:
Complete this Assignment in the tabular template format provided (incl. number of words used)

Introduction to your project team and your role within it.
[50 – 100 words]
My project team consists of approximately 12 people who have come from various background but have completed the basic engineering degree to get the admit into one of the best MNC’s cu

My role within the team is to be a system analyst engineer who analyses the code and tries to find defects and bugs

    Project management concepts
Comment on the project significance, aims and objectives and what you have learnt from this experience.
[100 words]
The significance of the project is huge as it is one of the biggest projects in the organisation and involves the government of one of the major countries of the world. The project is of high importance value and needs to be delivered with full perfect security checks and performance measure. From this experience I have learnt that the quality of the work performed needs to be the best at all times and no slack in work is to be considered while giving the performance. Punctuality is a s important as the quality of work and they go togethe

Identify and explain one or two key problem[s]
isk[s] encountered and describe your response and why that approach was chosen.
[100 words]
One of the major performance issue was the timing that the project had to be run to collect the data from the source table and to be dumped into the aggregate table after the application of the logics and the development of the links between various tables and getting the joints co
ect and when all the logical conditions were true, the data would be dumped into the aggregate layer. The time was huge and the performance had to be co
ected. We did by making the core more efficient and made the code smarter by automating the process

    Team member dynamics
Explain what team dynamics worked well during the semester and why. What insights will you take into future projects?
[100 words]
The team dynamics that went well during the project was that there was harmony in the team and no work was considered to be put upon one person as a task to do. The task at hand was divided equally among the members of the team and the task was finished with quality checks as soon as possible to get the desired output and to get the quicker results. The thing I would take to the future projects is that all the team members have to back the support of their team mates and help them in times of need and understand the point of view of the person too

Identify one or two key team dynamics [positive or negative] which impacted your team’s performance?
Explain how these were managed. Describe your key learning outcomes?
[100 words]
One of the negative team dynamics which I saw was the behaviour of the manager. The manager was just concerned about the work to be done and not the condition the employee was in. This led us to believe that the manager was just kind of using the employees to get his promotion done
Another negative aspect was that the manager never backed the team in case of crisis and the development of the bond stopped there. The manager was never considering the point of view of the team members. This led the mistrust in the manager and his activities

    Team composition and process
    Identify one aspect that:
1. Worked well
2. Did not work so well.
Explain your choice using one illustration for each from your weekly progress reports to support your choice.
[100 words]
One aspect that worked well in the team was the team support and the team bonding. The task at hand was divided so efficiently that a whole day’s task was finished in just 3-4hours. This gave us enough time to learn about new processes and developments in the team to gather the value that is to be created in the team.
Another aspect that did not work well was the creation of the mock data that we had to do to run the system to check for i
egularities and develop the data according to the logic to get the code running

List clearly the two chosen project management issues from the chosen international speakers.. Explain why you choose them.
[150 words]
The 2 selected project management issues that were chosen from the videos of the international speakers are:
1. Project Management is a simple or a tough commitment?
2. Agile Methodology or Waterfall Methodology, which one is the way to successful projects?
Project Management is the crucial task that has to be undertaken at the start and the end of the project in order to create the value and analyse if the value has been delivered by the organisation. The freelancer project manager and the manager in a company both need to understand their roles and responsibilities and develop the project report
Two of the most common techniques are the agile and the waterfall model. The agile model has been developed recently while the waterfall model is been use since a very long time. This makes it important for the development of the project to get the co
ect model to use

Reference file: Kerzner, H. and Kerzner, H.R., 2017. Plan management: a systems approach to planning, scheduling, and controlling. John Wiley & Sons.
Project management is an important task and the project management is the required task that needs to be undertaken to create value. The manager has to take up the responsibility of the project and is the one person responsible for the initialisation till the end of the project. The PMBOK guidelines specify the plan management guide that has to be done in order to build the project and create the deliverable and its plan. The project management plans are developed in both comfortable and the aggressive environments. They require the use of raw strategies and work procedures, might have compound governments, and must achieve demanding necessities within strict time and cost limits. There are times when the project management plan suffers a drawback when the requirements are not analysed properly. In different words, plans and the projects...
