Proper and systematic evaluation of children’s knowledge, skill and behavior must be observed. (Hedegaard 2017). The early childhood cu
iculum must reference all the learning activities which are high-quality, comprehensive and developmentally appropriate for the children.
· During the early years children learn more quickly than at any of the later times in their life. It is very important to inform the parents regularly about the valuation and the planning structure by providing and giving access to the feedback and information of their kids.
· The development in children is observed with the help of advancing technology which is creating an increasing effect of learning which is helping the children to develop. (Flynn, Turner and Giraldeau 2016). Observations should be the most important part of assessing and observing the progress of the children.
· Observing the all stages of child’s development helps parents to know and understand their child capabilities, strength and grounds of interest and it helps them to find the best way to support the child as she or he grows and develops.
· The early hood teacher or the caretaker must note the everyday behavior of the children to follow the changes in them.
· Parents should make sure that the children must get good quality education, values and also nutrition and proper health care for overall development.

ain to grasp things and concepts quickly and easily. So, it can be said that parents have an important impact on the children’s developing skills which they learn with time and also have a strong impact on the social and holistic abilities of the children.

The early head start system helps to monitor this progress and generates an overall report for the children, which can be accessed by the parents to make a note of that and to track their children’s progress.
