Stealing at Workplace:
Internal theft and stealing from an employee in the workplace has become a serious issue in regards to loss prevention. This is a critical issue as this needs to be handled with care by the supervisors and the human resource team as wrongful instances without proper and concrete evidence can backfire against the employer. Employee theft can be like stealing money from the cash till, lifting stationeries or even manipulating the accounts registers. The extent of damages to the company also needs to be assessed before dealing with the employee due to such acts of theft.
