1. As compared to traditional desktops, mobile phones and tablets and laptops are much easier to handle while travelling. Hence if a person has to travel and has to book a room, the mobile phone would be a better option to book a room for the same day. Consider an example, a person has to go to a new place for office work, but he doesn’t know if his work will finish today or extend till the next day, hence he doesn’t book the room, now if the trip extends, the person could book the room via his mobile phone and if not, can book a flight ticket back to his home on the very same day by his mobile
2. In 2011, the customers used wide variety of mobile phones which made the development of the native application difficult. Hence instead of developing the native application, a decision to develop the website was taken since all the mobile phones could access the website from mobile phones. The users could enter and modify their trips on the application and also locate the hotels since the also implemented a GPS implemented application...
