The budgetary planning and the analysis is nothing but the careful planning of Cash Inflow 
and Outflow. From the analysis and investigation, I found that problem is associated with 
budget from two level. First is Micro level and the second is strategic level. Let’s discuss and 
analyze it in details so as to identify problem at various levels:- 
Micro Level Problem Analysis 
 
Problem 1:- Monetary Inflow 
In an organization budgetary planning start from the cash inflow. In our organization it 
starts from fundraising activities. Fundraising” means collecting resources most importantly 
money. But now a day it is impossible for any non-profit organization to do their work with 
the inflow from donors only. Their work must be done so that resources have to be 
collected from some of the other ways. Hence, we started charging some amount for the 
services that we offered such as the infertile parents who want to adopt children etc.
