Subjective judgement of polygraph examiner
Polygraph is based on the principle that the physiological responses of the person will be different when he is lying, with those that occur during the normal course of time.  However, since practical circumstances create several situations where in the physiological responses can be deviant from the actual interpretations and so the test results might not always be true and might be not valid.
