Every student need to present the work.There will be 15 minutes for each group presentation.The document is due to be submitted by April, Friday 12ndat 5pmthrough Moodle.The numbers ofwordslimitation are 1,500 words. The presentation mark is10% while the submitted document mark is10%.Notes1.The students need to submit their group members within week 3.2.The students need tonominatethe name of an Information System by no later than week 4(to ensure that each group does not work on the same Information System).3.Only one student will need to submit the assignmentthrough Moodle. Please put student ID and name of everyone in the group in an assignment cover page. Without the student ID and name, the assignment will not be marked. 4.If the assignment is submitted after the due date/time(after 5pm of April,Friday 12nd), 5% will be deducted per daylate(including the weekends).The assignment cannot be submitted after 5 days late.5.Each student need to present during the presentation day/time. 1.0 Introduction 
There are different methods through which organisation maintain and communicate the 
accounting procedures, standards and principles to various personnel in their profession. 
Some of the popular software is Quick Book, Sap and Differed tax payment method. 
2.0 Different Accounting Software- Analysis 
QuickBooks is a Computer software program which helps us to better run our business. It 
helps in tracking all day to day transaction occurs with the vendors, customers, payroll, 
payment and all. It also helps in integrating all reports to generate MIS important for accounts 
personnel. It also help in calculating accurate taxes at the end of the year to know the 
profitability of business whereas SAP (Systems Applications and Products) is one of the most 
widest applicable accounting software to record day to day transactions and also to generate 
report out of that. It also helps the manger to analyze financial data so as to take necessary 
corrective action. It also helps in making double keeping entry as per the accounting 
standards by maintaining double ledger system. Besides these there are many accounting 
software for deferred Tax Payments. For Ex:-Deferred Tax is another accounting tool which 
helps in following the Prudence Concept and keeps a track of how much extra or less tax we 
have paid in the Year. Normally if we have paid less, than we have to show how much tax we 
have to pay in future by opening one account called Deferred Tax liability A/c (for prudence 
concept). However if we had paid more than , Deferred Tax A/c is open but there is some 
points to be followed before opening this A/c. The basic concept of Deferred Tax Assets is 
for better reporting of financial records. 
Hence, for this project we have selected SAP to do the analysis for its benefits and future use 
for an organisation.
