Answer
There is various evidence available that a massive Black hole is present at the center of our
Galaxy. Infrared observations conducted in the light coming from stars present near the center of
the galaxy reveals that the gases and heavenly bodies are rotating at a very rapid rate near the
center of the galaxy. If the movement of these bodies is rapid that means something which is
super massive is holding the whole system together and is able to provide the required
Gravitational force. It was further calculated that this is possible only the mass of the object
located at the center is around 4 x 106 times Chandrasekhar limit.
